Designed a file-based integration with XML parsing and automated business rules. Processed ~70,000 cutover records and 2,000–3,000 daily records, including deltas and future-dated changes.
DATA & AUTOMATIONSecure API modernization
Led testing and consumer coordination to move IAM APIs to OAuth 2.0 and Apigee X. Authored YAML configurations, versioned in Git, and deployed through GitHub Actions.
API SECURITYBetter provisioning outcomes
Trained a six-person team on manual application provisioning and helped reduce the ticket queue—bringing the provisioning SLA from seven business days down to one.
